Fit Out: Moving in to new premises can be complex and we are here to make the process as painless as possible, handling planning, design, installation and landlord liaison, as required.
Refurbishment: If the object is either to make more efficient use of your space, or to upgrade a tired environment, we will advise on the options available. We will plan the most effective way of carrying out the work with the minimum of disruption
Dilapidations: When moving out of your offices and handing them back to the landlord, there is often work to be done, depending upon the terms of the lease. We will organise the whole process, handing a clean and tidy building back to the landlord.
Project Management: We will take on the management of the fit out or refurbishment project and relocation of your business, so that you can concentrate on your day to day business. We will handle local authority approvals, oversee space planning, office design, tendering for the works and appoint contractors and suppliers on your behalf.
